POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RENTAL AGREEMENT:
By submitting this information, you indicate that you have read and understand all policies found on our web site and agree to those polices and as well as all other following terms and conditions for renting our Shed.

• You Must be 21 years of age to rent the Shed
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
• No Pets allowed, including pets of anyone who may visit you.
• NO SMOKING in the Shed.
• You must submit an online reservation form to reserve the Shed
• 50% Deposit due at time of reservation. Final Payment due 30 days prior to check-in.
• Refunds are given for cancellations made no less than 30 days in advance of check-in and are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations less than 30 days from the date of check-in will be charged the full amount.
• NO refunds for early departures
• Any Damage to or misuse of Shed, hot tub, furniture or any other physical or real property will be charged to our guests at the cost of the repairs.
• You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Little Red Shed.
• Little Red Shed is not responsible for the lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of our guests.

Upon Checkout Guests Agree to do the following (instructions are in the Shed as well):

• Wash and put away dishes or start dishwasher
• Wipe spills on counters and floors
• Take trash to outside bin
• Leave dirty towels on the laundry room floor; DON'T leave on wood floors
• Please DO NOT STRIP THE BEDS, we will change them
