Reserve as many days as you like, but any weekend booking must be for a minimum of two nights.
Single night bookings are available for weeknights only (Mon-Thur), and will require a $50 convenience fee.

any weekday reservation.

50% Deposit due at time of reservation.  Final Payment due 30 days prior to check-in.

Please note the following guidelines for all bookings:

  • Fridays ONLY available with the weekend.
  • NO Sunday check-ins.
  • You must be 21 years old to rent the Shed.
  • Certain Holidays & Special Weekends have different rates and requirements. Visit our Availability page for Holiday & Special Weekend requirements and rates.
  • 50% Deposit due at time of reservation.  Final Payment due 30 days prior to check-in. 
  • NO PETS PLEASE


Check-In / Check-Out Time
-Check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m.
-Check-out no later than 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations/Refunds
-Little Red Shed is significantly affected by cancellations, therefore we must adhere to our cancellation policy. We suggest purchasing trip insurance if you are concerned about having to cancel you stay.
-Refunds are given if cancellation is made no less than 30 days in advance of check-in and subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
-Cancellations within 30 days of the reservation will be charged the full amount.
-NO refunds for early departures
